Registering for this conference

How to register

1. Download the 2011 Registration Form.
2. Fill out both sides of the registration form.
3. Send to the Conference Registrar as directed below, along with one check for the Room and Board Deposit and Conference Programming Fee (both specified above).
4. The Conference Registrar will be in touch with you after your registration is received.

Be sure to include you email address, as conference acceptance information will be communicated via email. If you do not have email access, please include a SASE ($0.78)

The registration deadline is March 10th; registrations postmarked after March 10th will be accepted, space available, according to postmark date. The registration fee, less $20, and room & board deposit are refundable only until June 1, 2010.
