Our week will be devoted to “practicing presence” in various synergistic ways: formal silent group meditation, solitary nature contemplation, socializing and savoring little moments throughout the day. This retreat is suitable for beginning to advanced meditators from a variety of traditions and faith backgrounds. Families with children may attend by special arrangement.
