Ahimsa, one of the Yamas in the Eight Limbs of Yoga is translated as non-violence to self and others. We have chosen Ahimsa in a physical form for our retreat, bringing awareness to our deep connection to the sea and how we can be of service to help Mother Earth flourish. Instructors Dannika and Kacy are not only yoga teachers but both have a deep love and respect for nature in all aspects and have planned this retreat with the ocean in mind.
