Reflect on the contemporary relevance of Sabbath through discussion, exercises for body, mind and spirit and fun activities. The secular wisdom of the “slow” movement and “take back your time” will enhance faith-based explorations, and there’ll be time for contemplation, recreation or porch sitting.

Workshop leader Maren C. Tirabassi is an ordained United Church of Christ pastor, the author of 17 books. She travels throughout the country facilitating workshops on creative worship, youth ministry, elder care and liturgical writing.
