Come nurture yourself on beautiful Star Island. This retreat is open to all those who would like to nurture, renew, and celebrate spirit. Be here now—never mind about the past—and leave your worries and responsibilities behind. Forget about the kids, the parents, the job, the bills, the laundry, and the lawn. Enter into the wonder of island and sea, stars and sunsets. Renew your spirit, your creative energy, and love for life. Innerpeace Healing Arts will present Innerpeace yoga, yoga nidra (guided relaxation), breath work, meditation, and movement. There will be time for relaxation and quiet reflection, as well as for sharing laughter, walks, talks, swimming (with the polarbears), rocking on the porch, and even rowing to Smuttynose. Bring a poem, a song, an instrument, or whatever you would like to share for a special candlelight chapel event. Bring a journal for reflection, a book to read, or just sit and rock. Experience the wisdom, joy, and love of your own true nature as you soak in island spirit. Experience a spiritual retreat (not religious) of rest, renewal, and celebration to honor body, heart, and soul. Step into September and awaken your spirit to its full creative potential.

Registration: A room and board deposit of $75/person and registration fee of $125/person are due with registration. This conference is for adults (+18). Please mail ONE CHECK, payable to "Susan Stibler," and completed registration form to the address above. Registration begins March 10. Completed registrations postmarked before then may be treated as if postmarked on March 10. Registrations postmarked after March 10 may be accepted, space available, according to postmark date. The room and board deposit and registration fee are refundable until six weeks before the conference start date.
