Midweek Retreat II

Monday, September 14 to Friday, September 18

Ours is an adult conference for people who want to kick back and experience Star without the bells and whistles. Except for a single get-together, we confine our planned activities to morning chapels led by the minister of the week and evening candlelight chapels led by conferee volunteers. We can be found doing nothing more strenuous than sitting in rockers reading, talking or dozing; flying kites; listening to music; or rock sitting. Our conference is ideal for a small gathering of friends, or even a meditation group, because the relatively low number of people on-island affords many opportunities for privacy. We offer the alternative to all those wonderfully cacophonic conferences during the season.

Registration: A room & board deposit of $75/person and registration fee of $15/person are due with registration. Please mail ONE CHECK, payable to "Midweek II," completed registration form, and business-sized SASE to Howard Bennett (address above). The room & board deposit and registration fee are refundable until August 3.
