Come Early to Laity and Pel Reunion Weekend!

This year, Laity and Pel Reunion conferees can choose to come to the island the day before the conferences begin for an informal gathering and catch an extra sunset and an extra lime rickey! There will be no formal conference programming until the conferences begin on Saturday. To find out more or to sign-up, please note your interest on the "Arrival/Departure" section of your 2009 Registration Form.

Theme: COME PLAY WITH US

Come one, come all, relax, rejuvenate, reunite & play. Kick back with former Pelican friends and their families & make new friends, too. There will be Pelican-style-Across-the-Decades Trivial Pursuit, croquet, bocce, ultimate Frisbee, parties, music, children's "PIT" program, yoga, softball, polar bearing or just plain relaxing. Come one, come all, COME BACK! During the weekend, let's all connect with the current Pelicans. We'd like to see our senior PIT crews shadow current Pels in some jobs, and we'd like to offer current Pels some of our experiences after Star—even some career opportunities. Invite a Pelican who hasn't attended Reunion yet or hasn't come in a while.

Conference Eligibility: Prior to July 26, Pelican Reunion is open to full–season Pels through the 2008 season and their families. After July 26, the conference is open to all. Please see special instructions on registration form.

Registration: Early Bird Special: registrations postmarked by June 15, 2009 are only $10/person. After June 15th, send $25/person. There is also a room and board deposit of $75/person for each person who has reached the age of two by September 5. Please mail ONE CHECK, payable to "Pelican Reunion," along with your registration form and business-sized SASE ($0.42) to Marc and Jane Soule, Pelican Reunion Registrars, 515 Sheringham Court, Roswell, GA 30076-3747; (770) 645-6678, registrar@pelicansarepelicans.com.
