It has been said that people come into our lives in three different ways: for a reason, for a season, or for a lifetime. How do we enter into the lives of those who are around us, and how do those around us enter into our lives? Perhaps, all of our lives, we are in need of others. But maybe the bigger perhaps here is that all of our lives, others are in need of us! Join us on island this year as the Youth Conference explores “Our Lives at the Cross Roads: Finding Our Bliss in a World That Still Hasn’t Figured Out We Exist!” Play softball, perform at the coffee house, hang out, worship and prepare to grow! We look forward to seeing you on the ‘rawk’!

Registration: Registration is open to all youth who will be entering 9th grade in the Fall of 2009 through 2009 high school graduates. 18-year-olds reigstered for Youth Conference will be charged the youth room & board rate. A room & board deposit of $150 per person and program fee of $100 are due with registration. Mail ONE CHECK, payable to “Star Island UCC,” along with registration form, and business-sized SASE ($0.63) to Lori and Tim Benson, PO Box 298 Onset, MA 02558, 508-273-7672, sg2reg@verizon.net (NOTE: This email address has changed since the publishing of the Blue Book). Registration begins March 10. Registrations postmarked before then will be treated as if postmarked on March 10. Registrations postmarked after March 10 will be accepted, space available, according to postmark date. The room & board deposit and program fee are refundable until June 26.

Scholarships: Scholarship assistance is available; please inquire with the registrar at the time of your registration for an application. Applications are due no later than June 1. Notification will be given by June 15th.
