Personal Retreats

Though we recommend attending a conference, Star Island offers Personal Retreats as a way to spend a night or two on the island. Personal Retreat applications are based on availability and considered starting on May 15.

2024 season rates start at $249.00 per adult for 1 night, with lower rates for children based on age. Most rooms have twin beds and use shared bathroom facilities. Typically, special accommodations are not available for Personal Retreats.

Personal Retreat rates are per person and include sleeping accommodations and meals while you are on Star Island. Ferry transportation to and from Star Island is not included.  Ferry services to Star Island are located in Portsmouth through the Isles of Shoals Steamship Company and at Island Cruises in Rye.
