Oceanside Fellowship
At Star Union, our little community connects through music, stories, crafting together, and romping through the island’s wild landscape, all with the glorious backdrop of Gosport Harbor. This year’s programs include a watercolor class, a writing workshop, the shoals-famous Star Union Gospel Choir, a folk music jam, several opportunities to be led in a nature-based craft, and daily morning yoga.
The children’s program, led by a Montessori art teacher, will enjoy similar activities and themes.
In the afternoons, we’ll continue the historical Shoals tradition: a salon-style artist hang-out, enjoying conversation together while (if we wish) continuing to work on projects from the morning. We’ll also have our beloved fellowship hour, a few evening chapel services and lots of late-night music, games and fun.
