You will experience effective, nourishing holistic practices that help reduce stress reaction, depression and anxiety, fatigue, lack of motivation and other negative energies. Our time together will allow for self-reflection, the healing quality of community, meditation, lovingkindness, compassion, gentle yoga, qigong, and positive psychology.
