Parents retain full responsibility for their minor children (under age 18) at all times. Minor children cannot come to Star without a legal parent or guardian unless a Minor Medical Release Form is completed and submitted to the conference registrar.  Minors must have an adult responsible for them while on-island.  Responsible adults must be 25 years or older.
